A few weeks ago, we had the privilege to shoot a Miami-themed wedding at Gordon Memorial United Methodist Church along with the super fun & spunky photographer, Lori Quarles of Lori Ann Photography! The reception (which was hott hott hott!) followed at the beautiful Cannery Ballroom in downtown Nashville, TN. Walking into the ballroom felt like you were walking right into a Miami night club! This night’s creation was due to the hard work of Krystal Bonner of Phoenix Forrester Events and Rhonda of Rhonda Patton Designs! They freakin’ blew our minds!
We always enjoy shooting the wedding of a sorority girl and the serenade from her sorority ladies at the reception; and in case you’ve never witnessed one, we wanted to give you a sneak peek of this sweet serenade.
and a perfect setting for a wedding. Grant & Sara had been planning this wedding for a long time, and every detail was perfect! Their ceremony was held right on the beach, and their nautical-themed reception was held close by at the island’s clubhouse. Grant & Sara were kind enough to provide cottages right on the beach for family, close friends, and vendors (including ourselves) -and we were so grateful! One morning, we woke up at 6:00 just to see the sunrise on the beach -quickly followed by a couple hours of nap time! We also had the privilege of sharing a cottage with Bonnie of
