This year we decided we were gonna get rid of the white walls in our home office. We started our search on ways to make our office more “creative friendly.” One thing we found a lot of people say is to set your desk up so your back is to the wall and you can see open spaces. I thought that was kinda weird since all the movies and offices I see are in cubicles and the desks almost always face some type of wall.
Heather pointed out to me that we’re always sayin’ how glad and blessed we are not to have to be working in a cubicle everyday, yet we have our desks set up like we’re workin in a cubicle. Now our backs are against the wall and we face open space:) Not sure if it helps or not, but it kinda feels cool changing our office around. Also now I can look across the room and see her:)
The next thing we did was pick out colors we wanted to paint the office:) Thanks to the help of our iphone and the Smart Color app, that was soo easy! We took the app into home depot and showed em what it said and they had our paint mixed and ready to go in minutes! Oh how I love technology:)

We may not have a clue where things are without all the clutter in the office. These lights may end up givin us headaches:) hahaha…I guess time will tell. I do know that our office looks off the chain now and change was good:)
