Tips | Let's Put a Smile on that Face!

Almost every bride will cry at her wedding. We know how emotional your wedding day is (after all, we had a wedding.) It would even benefit you much to bring a (hidden) tissue or two to the altar -we all know it’s not very attractive to see a snotty-nosed bride or groom.

Just a word of advice, brides, please try your hardest to look happy and smile. We’re not saying to distort your face to smile while you’re crying (you don’t want your groom and minister to think you’re crazyjust look pleasant. We once had a bride who was ecstatic about getting married but did not smile the whole day, even when she was walking down the aisle, because she was trying not to cry. You may be able to get away with just your groom seeing your face, but remember, any funny faces you make will all be reflected on video -and you know everybody will see that!
