Birthday Fun!

One week ago we celebrated my (Heather) birthday in our home town in Indiana. The whole day was so great! I woke up to tons of “Happy Birthday” Facebook notifications and texts -Eugene said he heard my phone beeping with notifications for hours through the early morning We spent the day with friends and family, went bowling with my 81 year old grandma, and then had hot wings at Buffalo Wild Wings! I received cards, movies, and some lucky bamboo plants from my mom, but I must say my most favorite present from my most favorite person was…….

This was definitely not thrilling for Eugene to get for me -he probably vomited while buying these but he bought them because he knew I would love them! If you know Eugene, you’ll know that he likes to draw things out. So, of course, he waited until the very last moment to let me open my giant NEON green package which sat on the dresser taunting me for days. Thanks, babe!
Thanks to all of you family and friends who made my birthday so special! It definitely will be one of my most memorable birthdays ever!
